In exactly a week and one day I will be ON SPRING BREAK DEAR GOD I CANNOT WAIT. This quarter has been bruuuutallllll. (I am not cut out for winter! Why do I live in Chicago again?) So glad to see it coming to and end.

And I used the leftover squash (which was actually acorn- I couldn’t find kabocha) to make stuffed squash:

I also made an AWESOME stir-fry last night with my girlfraannds:
Seriously so good. Onion + Chicken + Broccoli + Peppers + Liquid aminos +Spices + Sesame seed= Perfection.
I still have a TON of studying to do, but I’m finished with all my big projects, papers, and presentations, so I’m already starting to feel better. Plus something about the air smells like spring right now and it feels a bit like a weight has been lifted off me.
…You know I’ll probably be down this weekend with all the studying I have to do, but I think I’m just going to chant this to myself when I start feeling sad:
